Appointments & deposits

  • All appointments are subject to availability.
  • Appointments are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
  • Deposits are required for every service booked.

Pricing & service

  • Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Hiddengemely reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.

Results & aftercare

  • Results may vary depending on each client's natural lashes, brows, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
  • Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after each service.
  • Hiddengemely is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, or for work performed by another technician after your appointment.
