Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations & rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
• Clients who arrive more than 13 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened at the discretion of HiddenGemEly Beauty Bar. Late arrivals are still responsible for applicable booking fees.

No-show policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will forfeit all booking fees paid. Future appointments may require full payment upfront.

Booking fees

All booking fees and deposits are non-refundable. Booking fees reserve your appointment time and are applied toward your service unless otherwise stated.

Service refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, all completed services are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a concern with your service, please contact HiddenGemEly Beauty Bar within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly assess the situation and, if appropriate, schedule a complimentary adjustment. Complimentary adjustments are offered solely at the discretion of HiddenGemEly Beauty Bar and are not guaranteed.

Course & training refunds

• All course deposits are non-refundable.
• If a student chooses to withdraw after the course has begun, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
• Payment plans remain the responsibility of the student unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• If HiddenGemEly Beauty Bar must cancel a course, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for any payments made, excluding any non-refundable deposit if otherwise specified.

Chargebacks

By completing a booking or enrollment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services or training received. Any disputes should first be brought directly to HiddenGemEly Beauty Bar so we can work toward a resolution.

Policy acceptance

By booking an appointment or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
